Polynesian Crab Salad

2 cups sour cream 1 t. onion powder 1/8 t. black pepper 1/2 t. salt 1 cup shredded coconut, chopped, optional 1/2 lb. crab meat, flaked

Mix all ingredients. Chill and serve on crackers or melba toast. Makes 1 quart. Source: My Old Recipes
