Polenta with Feta and Sour Cream

Ingredients

• mamaliga
• 1 cup crumbled sheep feta cheese
• sour cream or yogurt

Directions

1. Make a medium soft polenta using equal quantities of water and milk.
2. When it is done, add a cup of crumbled sheep feta cheese and mix until the cheese is well blended in.
3. Pour on plates and serve very hot with sour cream.
