- 3 1/2 Cup(s) flour
- 2 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1/2 Cup(s) warm water
- 1/2 Package(s) sachet yeast
- 1 Pinch(s) salt
- 1 Can(s) pieces tomato
- 5 Ounce(s) mashed tofu
- 1 Pinch(s) oregano
- 1 Pinch(s) black pepper
- 1 Cup(s) chopped Mushrooms
- 6 dried tomatoes
Prepare pizza crust : mix all the ingredients and knead until it is smooth and stretchy.
Let it rest for 1 hour under a dish towel
Spread pizza dough in an oiled pizza pan.
Sprinkle oregano on top of pizza.
Cook for 15 minutes at 425F in a pre-heated oven.
