  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare pitas by cutting into 8 wedges.
  3. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray ( or lightly greased).
  4. Lightly coat pita wedges with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes
