Ingredients[]
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 x 15 ounce can crushed pineapple
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
Frosting[]
- 1 x 8 ounce package cream cheese
- ½ cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⅓ cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions[]
- Combine eggs, sugar, baking soda, pineapple, vanilla and flour.
- Mix until well blended.
- Bake at 350°F in a 13x9x2 inch pan for 40 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and confectioner's sugar together.
- Mix well and spread on cooled cake.
- Top with nuts and refrigerate.
