This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Love Estate in Sachse, Texas in 1984.

  1. Cut avocados in half and remove seeds.
  2. Carefully scoop out the flesh being careful not to damage skins.
  3. Combine avocado flesh and the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mash with fork.
  4. Spoon avocado mixture into empty avocado skins.
  5. Garnish with lime wedges.
