Pichi-pichi is another delicious cake or "puto" enjoyed by many, especially in parties. This deli was introduced by the province of Quezon a province in the Philippines.

[edit] Ingredients

• 2 cups grated cassava
• 2 cups Sugar
• 2 cups water

Toppings

• grated coconut

[edit] Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients. Put in a round baking pan that will fit in your steamer. Steam for 45 minutes. Stir it occasionally. Let it cool. You may form it into balls. Top with grated coconut.
