This creamy, yet chunky quacamole leaves your mouth with a myriad of flavors and a hint of hummus. garlic, salsa, onions, garbanzo beans and chile peppers all combine to leave your taste buds pleased and your mouth on fire for more.
- 2 California avocados, peeled, chunked, and deseeded.
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 med Onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- ¾ Cup hot salsa
- 2 chile peppers
- 1 med tomato cut in to chunks
- ½ Cup garbonzo beans
- 2 Tbsp goat Cheese (optional)
Pour into bowl and top with goat Cheese as a garnish.
Use as a dip for chips or topping for pitas and burritos.
