  1. In a bowl, whisk first 8 ingredients.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In 2nd bowl, beat butter,eggs, and zest until smooth, beat in honey until combined, beat in dry ingredients until combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate dough overnight.
  5. Heat oven to 350°F.
  6. Form 1 tsp dough into a ball.
  7. On floured work surface, form each ball into a 2½ inch long log.
  8. Blend into crescent shape and place on ungreased baking sheet.
  9. Repeat with remaining dough.
  10. Bake 8 minutes or until slightly golden.
  11. Remove from oven, cool 1 minute.
  12. Roll warm cookies into powdered sugar.
