Another name for Genovese sauce! Here's a quick and delicious garnish to serve over chicken, fish, etc.

Ingredients Edit

• 1 cup packed cilantro, fresh
• ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts
• 3 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated
• 6 chopped scallions
• 2 tablespoons ginger
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup macadamia nut oil or other oil

Directions Edit

1. Combine all ingredients except oil in food processor.
2. With processor running, gradually add oil.
