Pepper Steak Appetizer

1 pound sirloin, fillet or other tender cut of beef 1/2 cup red wine 4 T. oil 1 T. soy sauce 1 T. Worcestershire 1 clove garlic, finely chopped Salt and pepper

Cut the steak into bite sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add the wine, 2 T. oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire and garlic. Leave to marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Pat dry on paper towel and salt and pepper. Add remaining 2 T. of oil to skillet and brown meat for 2 minutes on each side. Serve hot with your favorite steak sauce. Source: Nancy Holland
