  1. In a small bowl, combine Splenda granular, onion, and vinegar.
  2. Pour into a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  3. Stir in bacon bits.
  4. Add cabbage and celery.
  5. Mix gently to combine.
  6. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  7. Serve at once.
