- 6 thick cut Pork chops (1 inch)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
