Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup frozen lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Directions
1.Put all ingredients in a blender. Put top on blender. Mix for thirty seconds. Pour into a glass.
