Ingredients[]
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ tsp rum or brandy flavor
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions[]
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Roll into 1 inch diameter balls.
- Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 22 minutes until firm.
