  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, bran, baking powder, and sugar.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
  4. Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin tins.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
