This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Galvan Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1986.

- ⅔ cup chopped fresh peach
- ⅓ cup chopped green onions
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1½ tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- In small bowl combine all ingredients.
