- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 cups cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Melt butter in large skillet over heat. Add garlic; saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add rice; cook until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
