For dairy lovers! Serve up and mix a red-hot treat with this cheese-flavored butter. Make flavored butter tastier with other herbs and/or spices.
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Cream all ingredients together then spoon the contents from the mixed butter. Pack in the crock or tub, cover and refrigerate.
- Serve over hot, popped corn or other meals. Reserve the cheese-based butter in the refrigerator.
