Ingredients Edit

• 1 ripe papaya (small)
• 2 cups orange juice 500ml
• ¼ – ½ cup lime juice to taste 60 – 125ml
• sugar to taste
• water for desired consistency (8 – 10 cups)

Directions Edit

1. Wash hands. Collect all ingredients and equipment.
2. Wash papaya, peel and remove seeds.
3. Grate, mash and pass through a sieve or use a blender.
4. Add 2 cups orange juice and lime juice.
5. Sweeten to taste, chill and serve.
