Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4 as a side dish
- Add greens to boiling water, bring back to boil, and cook until just tender (2 minutes or so).
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Squeeze out as much water as you can.
- Chop up very fine.
- Stir-fry the garlic in the oil until it just is getting golden.
- Throw in the greens and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the nuoc mam a tsp at a time.
