  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. CRUST :::
  3. Mix ingredients in Group A well and divide mixture into small balls.
  4. With fingers, press into small muffin pans to cover entire interior of each.
  5. FILLING :::
  6. Mix and beat together ingredients in Group B using only 3 parts of the chopped pecans.
  7. Add remaining pecans to bottom of each pan.
  8. Pour mixture of Group B into each pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let stand until cool.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  11. Mixture is enough for 24 small tarts.
