  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Trim beef; cut into serving-size pieces.
  3. Place in a greased 13 x 9- inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper.
  5. Top with onion, mushrooms and tomato sauce.
  6. Cover and bake for 1¾ to two hours or until meat is tender.
  7. Serve over noodles.
