  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add orzo and sauté 2 minute.
  3. Add broth and bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
  5. Mix in Parmesan and basil julienne.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Transfer orzo to shallow bowl.
  8. Garnish with basil sprigs and serve.
