Ingredients[]
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp orange liqueur
- 2 mangos, chopped
Directions[]
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water.
- Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
- In food processor or blender, process sugar syrup, mangos and liqueur until smooth.
- Transfer to covered container and refrigerate up to 3 days.
- Serve over ice cream or sorbet.
