Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, combine Mayonnaise and ¾ cup Sugar. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with orange juice until well blended. Stir in orange peel. In small bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining ¼ cup Sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into batter. Turn into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely. Note: 0 mg cholesterol and 160 mg sodium with cholesterol free reduced calorie Mayonnaise.
