A very famous recipe, which is prepared in North America, is the Onza roja chicken chilies, which is made of cooked chicken, flour tortillas, grated cheese, chopped chiles, tomatoes, cream or chicken broth, sour cream and jalapeño – this is a very spicy and flavored recipe, which is served with rice or potatoes.
