This bread smells heavenly while baking and it has a great texture. I used the dough cycle and baked this in a 350� oven for 30 to 35 minutes. I received the recipe from John Ross on another list.

Onion Herb Bread 1 1/2 lb. loaf

1 cup water 1/4 cup powdered milk 1 egg 2 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup dried minced onion 2 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes 1 teaspoon dried oregano or basil 3 cups bread flour 1 package active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan and in the order specified by your machines manufacturer. Select the Basic or White cycle and press start. After the first 10 minutes of kneading check the dough and make any necessary adjustments.
