- 4 med potatoes sliced ¼" thick
- 1 lbs Chicken breasts ½"thick
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey-dijon bbq sauce
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
Microwave potatoes 8 – 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown Chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add bbq sauce and tarragon; toss until heated through. Time: 20 minutes.
