Ingredients[]
For one person:
- 2 eggs
- 4 oz / 100 g grated apples
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon butter
- sugar
Directions[]
- Beat the eggs, add sour cream and peeled and grated apples, mix and fry in the hot buttered pan.
- Serve hot with powdered sugar on top.
