Makes 6 servings
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon brandy or your favorite flavoring
- 1 cup cooked rice, cooled
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- fresh strawberries and fresh blueberries for garnish
- Combine cream, Sugar and brandy. Whip.
- Fold in rice and almonds.
- Alternate rice-cream and fruits in layers in parfait glasses.
