- 8 oz English cucumber or seeded cucumber
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon go choo ga roo (Korean chili powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Half the cucumber and slice very thinly.
Put all ingredients in a bowl, add cucumber, mix. Serve cold.
