- Yield: 1½ pound loaf
- 3 cups bread flour
- ⅓ cup soy flour
- 3 tbs sugar
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1½ tbs margarine
- ⅓ cup oatmeal
- ¾ cup soymilk (plain or vanilla)
- ¾ cup water
- 1½ tsp dry yeast
- Add ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
- All ingredients should be at room temperature for best results.
