Makes 12 muffins
Ingredients[]
- 3 cup whole wheat flour
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1½ cups [low-fat [milk]]
- 1 small banana, cubed
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds, toasted
Directions[]
- Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar in a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.
- Bake in a 375°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
