- 2 ripe genuine California avocados seeded, peeled and coarsely mashed
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ Cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 Tbsp chopped red onion
- 3 Tbsp chopped tomato
- 1 or 2 pickled jalapenos, chopped
In medium bowl, combine avocados, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
Stir in beans, onion, tomato and jalapeno.
Serve with tortilla strips.
