Nutty Cranberry Salad Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time.
a.. 6 ounces red flavored gelatin b.. 1/4 tsp. salt c.. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon d.. 1/4 tsp. cloves e.. 1-1/2 cups boiling water f.. 1 lb. canned whole berry cranberry sauce g.. 2 Tbs. orange rind h.. 2 Golden Delicious apples, chopped i.. 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
Dissolve first 4 ingredients in boiling water. Stir in cranberry sauce and orange rind. Chill until it just begins to thicken. Fold in apple and nuts. Pour into mold or 9 inch baking dish. Chill about 3 hours, or until firm.
