North Carolina Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Cups cider vinegar
- 1 Cup water
- 2 T. salt
- 2 T. paprika
- 1 T. crushed red pepper
- 1 T. Ground black pepper
- 1 T. Worcestershire
In Screw Top Jar, With Tight Fitting Lid, Mix All Ingredients. Store at Room Temperature. Shake Before Using. Use This Peppery vinegar Sauce on Boned Pork Shoulder or Fresh Ham. Half The Sauce For Marinating The Meat And For Basting During Barbecueing.Reserve Remaining Sauce to Sprinkle Over Meat When Served. Makes 3 Cups
