- 2 cups chopped cooked Chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/4-1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- salt, if needed to taste
