New Orleans Barbecued Shrimp

1 pound unpeeled shrimp 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing 1 T. lemon juice 2 t. black pepper (ground) 1/8 t. garlic powder 1 loaf French bread

Preheat oven to 350. Wash shrimp and drain well. Melt butter in a 1 quart casserole dish. Add Italian dressing, lemon juice, black pepper and garlic powder. Add shrimp to the casserole dish. Stir gently to cover the shrimp with the mixture. Cover and bake in the preheated oven , stirring occasionally for 25 to 30 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve the hot shrimp on a large platter with French bread and sauce on the side. Serves 2 Source: Allrecipes
