Sunday-Lasagna/Garlic bread

Monday-Roast Beef & Swiss Sandwich Bake/Green BeansTuesday-Bbq Chicken Pizza

Wednesday-Hamburgers/French Fries

Thursday-Parmesan Carbonara/Scalloped corn & BroccoliFriday-C.o.r.N(clean Out The Refrigerator Night)

Saturday-Brats/Chips


Lasagna Sauce (there Are 2 Parts to This Recipe-Make Sure You Look at Both Parts Before Trying to Cook This)

salt & pepper to Taste

  • 2 T. Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 T. sugar

(1) 28 Oz. Can tomato Sauce (? ) Can water (2) 6 Oz. tomato Paste (2 Cans water) (1) 16 Oz. Diced tomatoes

Chop 3 garlic cloves, Add garlic to olive oil & Cook Until garlic Bubbles.. Add The Onion, Turn to Medium Low. Simmer on Low Heat About 5 Minutes. While Simmering, Add Other Ingredients & Mix Well. Stir Every Couple Minutes. do This For About 10 Minutes. Cover And Simmer an Additional 10 Minutes.


Lasagna Filling

(2) 8 Oz. Blocks mozzarella Cheese

? C. parsley

Dash pepper

Dash salt

olive oil

Combine ricotta cheese, egg, mozzarella, ? C. Parmesan cheese, ? C. parsley, Dash black pepper & 1 T. basil. Mix Well With Fork & Set Aside. Spoon Small Amount of Lasagna Sauce on Bottom of Pan. Layer Noodles, Then Dollop Lasagna Filling About 2? Apart; Carefully Spread Out. Top With mozzarella Cheese Slices, Spoon Lasagna Filling on Top of This. Sprinkle ? of The Parmesan cheese Mixture on Top of This. Repeat Process. Cover Pan. Cook 45 Minutes. Remove Foil & Cook 10 More Minutes. Take Out And Let Sit 10 More Minutes Before Serving..

Dash oregano

Turn Oven to 350. Mix All in a Bowl And Spread Over bread. Cook 9-11 Minutes. Remove From Oven, Spread More butter And Broil 2-5 Minutes.


Roast Beef & Swiss Sandwich Bake

Ground pepper

Heat Oven to 350. Grease Square Baking Dish. Stir in Bisquick, milk, mustard And egg Until Blended. Pour Half of The Batter Into The Baking Dish. Top With Half of The Roast Beef And ? C. of The Cheese. Top With Remaining Roast Beef.. Pour Remaining Batter Over Roast Beef. Bake Uncovered 45-50 Minutes or Until Golden Brown And Center is Set. Sprinkle With Remaining ? C. Cheese And pepper. Let Stand 5 Minutes Before Serving.


Bbq Chicken Pizza

Pizza Crust (store Bought)

  • 2 C. Cooked Shredded Chicken Breast

? C. Honey Barbeque Sauce, Divided

? C. Shredded Gouda Cheese

Prepare Crust According to Package Directions. Heat Oven to 450. Coat Chicken Pieces With 2 T. butter in Saut? Pan Over Medium Heat. Saut? onions And garlic in butter, Stirring Occasionally, Until onions Are Brown And Caramelized., About 15 Minutes. Remove From Heat And Stir in Chicken. Spread Remaining Barbeque Sauce Over Pizza Dough. Top With Half of The Cheeses. Spread on Chicken Mixture. Top With Remaining Cheeses.

Bake 15-18 Minutes Until Crust is Lightly Browned And Cheese Completely Melted. Let Pizza Sit 5 Minutes Before Slicing.




Parmesan Carbonara

? C. butter Melted ? C. milk ? C. Parmesan cheese

? T. pepper

Cook linguine According to Package Directions. Drain, do Not Rinse. Return Pasta to Pan; Toss With eggs, butter And milk. Add Remaining Ingredients, Heat Thoroughly, Stirring Occasionally. Serve With Additional Parmesan cheese if Desired.


Scalloped corn And Broccoli

? C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese ? (10 Oz) Pkg. Frozen Chopped Broccoli

Preheat Oven to 350. Mix Together corn, eggs, sugar, flour & salt. Add The Cheese And Broccoli, Mix Well And Pour Into a 2 Qt. Casserole Dish. Bake 1 Hour.
