  1. Cut meat in small pieces. Put all ingredients except parsley in a saucepan.
  2. Season with salt and ground pepper. Add water.
  3. Cover pan and bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
  5. Add fresh parsley just before serving.
