- nutritional yeast (Definition)
- sliced vegan bread (Rye is good or pumpernickel or Wheat)
- sliced tomatoes
- fakey Cheese slices (optional)
- vegan mustard
- Spread mustard (a grey poupon type works best) onto vegan bread slices. On top of the mustard sprinkle the nutritional yeast, not to much! Use just enough to stick to the mustard. Put slice of fake Cheese (or seitan or tempeh) on vegan bread. Top with slice of tomato and other piece of vegan bread.
