- Wash and chop the mushrooms.
- Melt some butter in a pan and then fry them with the dill and salt.
- When ready, take off the heat and add a beaten egg.
- Mix well.
- Prepare the french toast and place a thick layer of mushrooms on top of them, smoothing with a knife.
- Then bake the pancakes for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
