  1. Mix in a bowl the rice flour and the sugar and add slowly the milk, taking care that the rice flour dissolves completely.
  2. Pour the mixture in a non-stick saucepan and place it over the heat, stirring it continuously with a wooden spoon until it thickens.
  3. As soon as it starts to thicken, add the vanilla.
  4. Serve the cream in a bowl and let it cool off.
