  1. Clean mushrooms; remove and chop stems.
  2. Dip mushroom caps into 2 tbsp melted butter.
  3. Arrange on baking pan and set aside.
  4. Sauté chopped stems, onion and garlic in remaining 2 tbsp butter until tender.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in pepperoni, cheese, seasoning, and bread crumbs and mix well.
  7. Spoon into mushroom caps.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until hot.
  9. Serve with garlic bread sticks and a marinara sauce for dipping.
