Directions Edit

  1. Preheat Oven to 400.
  2. Fry Bacon in Large Skillet Over Medium High Heat Until Crisp, About 7 Minutes. Drain Bacon on Paper Towels.
  3. Transfer Drippings to Medium Ovenproof Pan.
  4. Add Onion And bell pepper to Drippings And Saut Over Medium Heat Until Soft, About 7 Minutes.
  5. Stir in Pork And beans;
  6. Crumble Bacon And Add to beans.
  7. Pour Catsup Over. Srpead Over Top to Edges.
  8. Cover And Bake 30 Minutes.
  9. Stir Catsup Into beans.
  1. Can be Made 1 Day Ahead; Cover beans And Refrigerate.
