IngredientsEdit

Dressing Edit

• ¼ cup olive oil
• ¼ cup orange juice
• ⅛ tsp cumin
• salt to taste
• herbes de Provence, to taste

Salad Edit

• 6 oz pkg baby spinach
• ½ cup seasoned almonds
• ¼ cup feta cheese
• 4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
• 2 oranges, peeled and sliced

DirectionsEdit

1. Place all dressing ingredients into a bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Set aside.
4. Place spinach in a bowl.
5. Mix with almonds and cheese.
6. Place mixed salad on 4 dinner plates.
7. Top with chicken and garnish with orange slices.
8. Drizzle dressing to taste over each salad.
