This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Decker Estate in Elmo, Texas in 1999.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, molasses, butter and vanilla.
  3. Add pecans and pour into prepared pie shells.
  4. Place in oven and immediately reduce heat to 350°F.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes then cool before serving.
