this one is very yummy!!! this is very moist and it's eaten with a spoon. it looks like a yellow cake with sweet yellow paste...
Ingredients[]
- 18 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 250gr of sugar
- 60gr of wheat flour
- greaseproof paper
Description[]
- Mix the sugar and the egg yolks and beat them for 30 minutes.
- Mix the flour and the egg white until well beaten ( they are well beaten when you turn the bowl upside down and it doesn't fall). When mixing the egg whites do not use the mixer. l
- Let cook for almost 30 minutes in a cake tin without hole covered with greaseproof paper at medium temp.
