  1. In an 8" skillet, pour egg beaters, or substitute.
  2. Cover tightly; cook over low heat 10 min or until just set.
  3. Remove from heat; let stand, covered for 10 min.
  4. Remove from skillet and cool completely.
  5. Chop and use in your favorite egg salad recipe or sprinkle over salads or casseroles.
